I would be happy to comment on your lj? But first, here is some advice. My lj isn't as popular as you think, now johncwright's livejournal, that's popular. Anyways, from my limited lj experiences, I will impress upon you the tools of the trade the relentless bolshevick masters who own livejournal don't want you to know.

To increase traffic to your lj, one must first network. Networking is done in two ways:
1) joining and engaging in the numerous lj communities.
2) rl cronyism, by which I mean getting, by which I mean forcing, friends and family to visit your lj

Now the trick to getting people to regularly visit your site is through quality content. The kind of content varies from person to person, but we've all got our niche.

Nice post, and part of a nice blog. Do you know that DC has enacted a lovely new law, the Firearms Control Emergency Amendment Act of 2008.

This seems to be the status quo and to completely ignore the US Supreme Court ruling.
